Commercial jobs usually turn on scheduling rather than painting. We work evenings, weekends or in phases so that a business keeps trading and tenants keep their access, and we agree the sequence in writing before we start.
We paint offices, retail and restaurant interiors, hallways, stairwells, lobbies, parkades, warehouses and strata common areas. We carry WorkSafeBC coverage and liability insurance, and we can provide certificates to your property manager or landlord before work begins.
For stratas and property managers we are happy to quote on a schedule of work across several buildings, and to give you a single point of contact for the duration.
What is included
Evening, overnight and weekend scheduling
Phased work so the premises stay open
Insurance and WorkSafeBC certificates on request
Low-odour and low-VOC coatings where occupancy requires
Signage, floor protection and daily clean-down
One point of contact for the whole job
Questions about commercial painting
Can you work outside business hours?
Yes. Most of our commercial work happens in the evening, overnight or at weekends so the space is usable during the day. We set the schedule with you before the job starts.
Can you provide documentation for our property manager?
Yes. We can supply proof of WorkSafeBC coverage and our liability insurance certificate, and provide a written scope and schedule before work begins.
