Interior work is mostly preparation. We move and cover furniture, mask floors and fixtures, fill nail holes and dents, sand and spot-prime patches, and caulk gaps along trim before any finish coat goes on. The painting itself is the quick part.
We work room by room so the house stays liveable, and we tidy at the end of every day rather than only at the end of the job. Most occupied homes can stay occupied while we work.
Ceilings, walls, baseboards, casings, doors, railings and closets can all be done together or in any combination. If you are only after a few rooms or a single feature wall, that is a normal job for us too.

Questions about interior painting
Do we need to move out while you paint?
Almost never. We work in sections so you keep the use of the rest of the house, and we clean up each day. For whole-house repaints where everything is being done at once, some people prefer to be away for a few days, but that is a choice rather than a requirement.
How long does a typical interior job take?
A few rooms is usually two to four days. A full interior repaint of an average house is typically one to two weeks depending on the amount of trim, the ceiling heights and how much repair is needed. We give you a schedule with the estimate.
